The supervisor plans daily labour against volume, runs shift start-up briefings, monitors pick accuracy and dispatch cut-offs, enforces safety procedures, and reports throughput and exception metrics. The role suits an experienced warehouse team leader with WMS exposure who wants a step into operations management.
Requirements
3+ years warehouse experience with at least 1 year leading a team, WMS familiarity, forklift certification an advantage, right to work in the USA.
