About the role
Retailers hire cashiers, shop assistants and merchandisers on permanent and flexi contracts. Cashiers process sales accurately, handle cash and card payments, balance the till and assist customers politely. Shop assistants price and pack stock, keep displays neat, do stock counts and support promotions. Retail is a practical entry point into supervisory and store management careers.
Requirements
Grade 12 preferred. Numeracy, honesty and a friendly manner. Willingness to work weekends, month-end and public holidays.
