About the role
Manufacturing plants recruit general workers, packers and machine operators throughout the year, especially for seasonal peaks. Duties include operating filling and packing machines, checking product quality, cleaning equipment to food-safety standards, moving stock and assisting the production team. Shift work is standard and overtime is often available.
Requirements
Grade 10 to Grade 12. Ability to work shifts, stand for long periods and follow strict hygiene rules. Previous factory experience is an advantage but many roles train on the job.
